In the search form you need to specify all required data (departure and destination points, travel date, number of passengers) and then press the “Find ticket” button. The system will select options based on the specified search parameters and display tickets. Next, from the proposed tickets you need to choose the one that suits you best and fill in necessary information (name, contact phone number, email address, some tickets may require the type of travel document, its number, date of birth, citizenship and gender). After clicking the "Proceed to payment" button, your order number will be displayed on the screen and payment options will be presented. An email will also be sent to the specified e-mail with additional information about the order and a link to its payment. On some routes, after booking, you need to wait for the dispatcher's confirmation for 10-15 minutes. After confirmation, payment options will be available to you. After successful payment the system will automatically send you a ticket in pdf format to the specified mail.
Your email is requested in order to send you a ticket after order payment and the phone number is necessary to contact you in case of any changes in the route. Also you can enter your personal account via phone number and get all the tickets that were bought with specifying this number.

This information needs to be clarified with the carrier, since the carrier regulates the rules for transporting animals and luggage on its buses. Carrier’s phone number will be provided to you after the ticket payment.

It is impossible to edit the personal data of passengers in the ticket. Carefully check the data of all passengers before paying for the ticket. If you find an error, then we recommend that you return the ticket and place a new order with the correct details.
If there are mistakes in the ticket, we cannot guarantee a successful boarding, as the carrier has the right to refuse you in travel.
