    The car is not very luxurious, but it is cost-effective, can be charged, has air conditioning, and will stop at many service areas along the way for passengers to use the bathroom. It's pretty good.

  • Warszawa - Białystok

    Bought a 23:30 ticket Warsaw - Bialystok. At 24:00 got news that bus had a hard time on ukraine-polish border and will arrive with about 2 hours delay. At 01:50 Infobus support still had no idea where is the bus and could not reach the driver. I was told to wait. At ~02:30 me and other people waiting decided to buy a Flixbus for 03:35. I was still wondering if the Infobus will arrive, but it had not and I left on a Flixbus(with other waiting passengers). I know that you can't control the border. But you can figure out how to stay in contact with your drivers and partners. I could react earlier and buy another ticket. P.S.: Hope people from Kharkiv got to their destinations safe. Slava Ukraini.

    Das war eine abenteuerliche Reise, habe sehr viele Städte gesehen :) wir mussten in Cernovci umsteigen, also "kein Direktbus".

    Angekommen in Prag mit 4 Stunden Verspätung. Wobei die Busfahrer nichts dafür können, waren immer nett.

    PS: Der Kundenservice von Infobus ist TOP. Mir wurde schnell bei meinem Anliegen geholfen.

    Preis Leistung in Ordnung :)

    He was late in almost 2 hours

    Then made a cigar break

    Then I sitted on the floor for all the trip for 6 hours

    Then there was a very strong smell of burnt oil

    Then he arrived to uman area and continued without coming to the station into the city uman he went off 10-20 km after uman and just when I noticed him that hee returned back !!!

    Pathetic quality. The bus arrived in a totally different location than indicated on ticket. Driver had to call all the customers to get them to come to the new location 500m away. Driver only speaks Russian, while driivng in Lithuania and Poland they only speak Russian? The toilet was not not open, on an international bus. This is disgusting, pathetic 1990s post soviet level shit. No toilet on a 5 hour bus ride. Oh and the toilet was full off shit and piss obviously so it stank up the entire bus. Love smelling human shit for 5 hours. Infobus you're third party hiring of these awful companies makes you a joke. second and last time I go through your scam service
